Tại Sao Phỏng Vấn Tiếng Anh Khó?
- Không đơn thuần là trả lời câu hỏi – phải thể hiện cá tính
- Phải dùng vốn từ chuyên ngành phù hợp công việc
- Áp lực thời gian – phải phản xạ nhanh
- Văn hóa giao tiếp khác biệt (Tây trực tiếp, Việt vòng vo)
Nhóm 1: Câu Hỏi Mở Đầu (Warm-up)
“Tell me about yourself.”
Đây là câu HỎI then chốt – quyết định ấn tượng đầu tiên. Áp dụng công thức Present – Past – Future:
Mẫu trả lời: “Currently, I’m working as a Marketing Specialist at ABC Company, where I focus on digital marketing campaigns. “What are your strengths?”
Chọn 2–3 strength phù hợp công việc, mỗi cái có ví dụ cụ thể:
Mẫu: “I’d say my biggest strength is my analytical mindset. For example, in my previous role, I developed a customer segmentation model that increased our email campaign conversion by 35%.”
“What is your biggest weakness?”
Cách an toàn: nói 1 weakness thật nhưng không gây cản trở công việc, và đã có cách khắc phục.

Nhóm 3: Kinh Nghiệm Và Thành Tích
“Tell me about your greatest achievement.”
Dùng phương pháp STAR (Situation – Task – Action – Result):

“Where do you see yourself in 5 years?”
Cân bằng giữa tham vọng và thực tế:
Mẫu: “In 5 years, I see myself in a senior marketing role, ideally leading a team. I’m committed to continuous learning, particularly in emerging fields like AI marketing and data analytics.”
“Why did you leave your previous job?”
KHÔNG bao giờ nói xấu sếp/công ty cũ. Tập trung vào cơ hội phát triển:
Mẫu: “I’m grateful for the experience I gained at my previous company. However, I’m now ready for a new challenge where I can take on more responsibility and work on larger-scale projects.”
Nhóm 5: Phù Hợp Văn Hóa
“How do you handle stress?”
Mẫu: “I find that staying organized helps me manage stress effectively. I prioritize tasks using the Eisenhower Matrix and take short breaks to maintain focus. Also, regular exercise keeps me mentally balanced.”
“Are you a team player or do you prefer working alone?”
Câu trả lời an toàn: cả hai, tùy tình huống.

Lỗi Phổ Biến Phải Tránh
- Nói “I don’t know” – thay bằng “That’s a great question. Let me think…”
- Dùng “uhm”, “ah” quá nhiều – tập pause 2 giây thay vì filler
- Trả lời quá ngắn – mỗi câu cần 30–60 giây response
- Trả lời quá dài – không nói quá 90 giây/câu
- Không research công ty trước phỏng vấn – thiếu chuyên nghiệp
